Reserved Seating vs. GA? ISO Seattle #1 GA

So with this new way of the 10c to dristribute the tickets,
Does that mean that if one of us want to trade Reserved Seating for GA, we are not going to be able to do it?
I got Reserved for Seattle #1 and wanted GA, so now what?
