    I don't really use discogs or ebay. My local store knows I'm a bit of a pearl jam nut and when they come across something they think I might be interested in they let me know.

    “I was sort of seeing Cormac McCarthy The Road,” explains Ament. “You're driving to the coast and you're trying to get away from the nuclear winter and you have your dogs in the car and you're just trying to escape this horrible apocalypse that just happened.

    And so with the video, we tried to keep it as simple as we could. Greg (Twigg) and Mark (Shogren) were super fast and easy to work with. They asked me what I wanted it to look like and the first thing that came to mind was Grindhouse.

    I always loved the super high contrast, dark look of that. It's the world coming to an end and trying to have a sense of humor about it.”

    Anyone else a bit disappointed there's no physical CD release? Love and appreciative of the new music, but I'm simply not a vinyl person.
