It may just be that they used Heather to reference young actresses in general. My sources say it was about a girl much like the Ramsey girl, beauty pageants etc. who never got the chance to be a little girl before dieing - which would rule out the possibility of it actually being about this particular girl rather than this "type" of girl - objectified by her parents. I wish I could remember the entire explanation, because it sounded pretty legit.

Now that seems feasable.. especially considering the nature of that performance (radio show improv...).
