Ticketmaster Verified Fan pre-sale: no email confirmation

Hi there.  I registered for the Ticketmaster Verified Fan pre-sale but I didn't receive the confirmation email.  I checked my Spam folder and it’s not there.  Mobile Phone number and email are correct too.  I sent email to Ticketmaster and tickets@tenclub.net yesterday but I've received no reply yet.  Anyone else having the same issue?

    No. My email came from Ticketmaster <verifiedfan@email.ticketmaster.com>, with the subject: Your Pearl Jam Verified Fan Registration is Complete
    So maybe search your spam folder again with those keywords. Otherwise, just try signing up again. Worst case is you'll get an error that you're already in the system.

    Thanks everybody.  It seems that my regular email (business one) is not working very well.  In the end I had to create a new Ticketmaster account with my gmail account.
