Only behind the stage tickets left for Krakow.
Wow that happened fast. There were a lot left up in the front uppers last time I looked. Looks like close to another sell out!

Budapest has a ways to go...

Does anyone know the official website for trains in Poland?  I am looking to get 2 train tickets from Krakow Poland to Budapest as I will be attending both the Krakow and Budapest shows.  Airfare from Krakow do Budapest really isn’t that affordable right now on 7/14 so looking at options for an overnight train.

Thank you very much! Do you know what train stations to use in Krakow and Budapest?  Sorry I am from the US so not familiar with Poland transit. Any idea why I can’t book until 3/24?

I found a few I cant book yet but it looked like 6 or 7 hour train. I know I'll be going the morning of the 14th. Hopefully the time estimate is right and trains are reliable!

From limited experience euro train transport is some of the best and most reliable. I’ve used train regularly on two European holidays and have taken both short and longer journeys. Just make sure you’re at the platform on time. Some come in and leave quickly. No messing about.

From what I can see, there is no direct trains and you will have to change 2 times. The journey will be around 10h.
Taking a bus seems to be faster with a 7h journey. The company is flixbus. They operate all over Europe and are generally reliable and relatively cheap.
They are also offering night bus.
However, reservations for July are not opened yet.

Yeah because most of us booked it even before the lottery was over ;)
the train connection really sucks, it may be better to rent a car with a couple of people! Then it’s only a 400km drive

Is there an official website for Fixbus?  Are there any good sleeping options for a night bus?  I wouldn’t mind sleeping overnight on the bus if there are some good recliner  seats.
  • This is the official Flixbus international website: https://global.flixbus.com
I had several bus trips with Flixbus in Germany but never saw special sleeping seats or something like that. But I never had an overnight trip, only drove during the day. I don't know how this will be in a night bus. Maybe there are some special sleeping seats.

For anyone trying to figure out how to travel from Krakow to Budapest there is the option to rent a car or mini bus with driver, there are mini buses for up to 8 people, avg price I've seen so far is around 80-90 euros per person, the journey takes 6 hours and there is an option for some sightseeing during the route. Not the cheapest option but very flexible on the other side and much more comfortable than taking a bus or train.

So there’s this very cool PJ obscure facts repository thread on the porch that says PJ had initially planned to play an acoustic set before the Copenhagen show in 2012. maybe this is wishful thinking but could they do it next year?! Fingers crossed

    Apollo Theatre Tree of Hope.

Not sure what else it means....
    🤔🤔
So the rumor is now they are playing the Apollo, or you are hoping they do a small show in NY?
This would make sense as part of a new record launch.
SiriusXM did this with Springsteen (first show of the Wrecking Ball tour) and they also did a show with U2 there.
Seems like PJ would be a fit with their own station on satellite radio.
It would be a nightmare. 90% business types, execs etc. 10% real fans
Ok how did some of us know about this way back in August....

Looks that way. @JP218404 was way too accurate with that random nugget that far back for it to be a fluke and guess.
