Yes, usually. It might be different for festivals though.

Not a fan when they do this. Same thing happened in Worcester 2013 and TO 2016. It is going to sell out. Make peoples travel plans easier!

I think that was due to the deal with Pinkpop - they gave them a month to sell tickets before announcing the 2nd ZIggo show. This time they don't have to think about them, so they can sell as soon as they want

Maybe.. As I can remember the last bigger concerts at Stadthalle, there always was a separate golden circle pit. Hope so. 

You get these through 10c? Are they more $?

10 club always has the best available section, if the floor has Golden Circle, then all 10 club tickets are for that section.
Just noticed that The Pixies will support also in Imola.

In 2018 there was a 10C ticketdraw for t he second AMS show too.
