i think its time for a big spot in uk, maybe the olympic stadium or bst in hyde park
They may well fancy a crack at a bigger venue in their own right again, somewhere in London has a better chance than the National Bowl. Ticket sales wise, that was an epic fail.
Baffles me how sales were not as expected, given others sell it out easy. Rammstein and Prodigy come to mind.
Prodigy played as part of a 2 stage 1 day festival with a pretty big line-up, that was an easy sell-out.
    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Warriors_Dance_Festival
Rammstein played the football ground, Stadium MK (approx 35k for shows), which is smaller than National Bowl (capacity 65k).
Acts that sell out the National Bowl usually are those that get a good deal of major radio airplay, Foos etc.

PJ tickets were £70-75 IIRC, a lot in 2014, we'd had an indoor show a few days before (would have got two if MK had sold better), other big rock shows (Sabbath, Soundgarden, FNM, Motorhead etc at BST a week before), World Cup was one, the support of BRMC and Off were good but weren't enough to pull the extra 10-15k in to make it look a little fuller.

The show at MK Bowl itself was a good fun night.
    Thats me told ha ha.

Looking at those photos there's definitely more than 13k there.

London BST not on Friday, July 3, 2020 - Sunday, July 12, 2020?
eetimated date. not official date by now
When I searched a few days ago it advertised the dates as retro said: Fri 3 July - Sunday 12 July.  Now it says that the dates have yet to be confirmed.

There was way more than 13,500 there. I would guess around 40,000. But it's hard to say given the whole place is GA.

    It was a great show!
I was right down the front from the very start, not rail but almost, and so I have no idea how many people were behind me!

Went back for Foos which was a complete sell out (when they came back after Dave broke himself), you could barely move even up on the hill. For PJ we were down in front of the left hand screen, maybe 20 metres or so back, and there was room to move about freely to get to the bar etc. without having to push through people.

The secret to a happy ending is knowing when to roll the credits

It also looks like USA maybe some time after Europe which seems confusing if Eddie wants that time in Chicago for baseball...which could/couldn't happen depending on if you talk to a Cubs hater...

But it seems like no plans for Australia or South America.

USA rumors closer to the end of the year.

the tour isnt going  with the "logic" of travellin to the next close place......goes east and west and north and south and then east and west and east again,.etc....
Does this make it that less minds will be blown?

There will be a tour in Europe.

    Dimi summary:

+ No 2020 shows in Finland.
+ Pearl Jam will be playing somewhere the weekend of June 26-28, but not in Gothenburg, Sweden.
+ Brexit could impact the tour. [I guess that means there is currently an England tour stop.]
+ 3 "spicy" (less toured) cities in a 5 day day stretch.
+ No city currently scheduled for multiple shows.
+ Not playing Stockholm's Globe Arena in 2020.
    + Announcement in December.
+ Sounds like no “night 2”s will be added later on.
    + No U.S. Spring Tour.
+ Many shows after Imola (?July 5?).
+ No 2020 shows in Ireland.
+ Berlin will get a show. It won’t be on June 30, though.
+ No show in Gdańsk or Warsaw.
+ Less logistically sound than usual - the next show might not be the next closest.

Pretty much same as all the recent euro tours, same countries, cities or festivals with a few extras.
