The GA pit is so huge.  Looks bigger than the entire floor of an arena show :)

I hope their stage is going to be completely open on all sides. Otherwise, there are going to be a lot of very unhappy people on each side of the pit, lol.
Was thinking the same thing about the sides. If it's open I wouldn't mind being off the side a bit.

Yah it depends how many pit tickets the sold.  If they sold so many this its pretty right and people had to wrap around the sides, then it really does need to be open.

It's kind of crazy that at arena shows they'd divide the floor, so the pit section was pretty small up front.  Now at stadium shows the floor section is as big or bigger than if you did the entire floor as GA at an arena show :)
  • I have one extra ticket for Seattle GA PIT night 1 (Aug 8) and I'm looking for trading it for a GA PIT for the 2nd show on Aug the 10th.
  • I have one extra GA for Monday night @ Wrigley and looking to trade for GA for Saturday @ Wrigley.  Will pay some beer $ as well.  Please let me know if anyone can help out.

So many great organizations and people doing important work to alleviate homelessness in the Seattle area. We’re honored to join them, and show how we're banding together to fight homelessness. We look forward to sharing more with you soon. #TheHomeShows

Question for those who have attended home shows... are there merch tables? If so, do they bring out show-exclusive merch?

There will definitely be show-exclusive or show-specific merch which is typically the case at any PJ show. The merch tables will likely be set up at least one day prior to the first show which is typical of what's been done at the Wrigley shows. Hope this helps!

I have a question regarding ticket delivery. I don't own an iPhone or Android, is there someone I should notify at 10 Club to work something out? I realize these shows are still a ways off, I just don't want to snooze on this and end up SOL when the time comes.

Other than lost dogs on the forum, where is best place to find a GA ticket for Aug 10?
GF and I are flying in from OKC for the Aug 10 show and I will have 2 GA tix already through 10c.
My daughter is driving up from Oregon to join us so we need a 3rd.
Her first concert was when I took her to PJ at Key Arena in Nov 2000, when she was 13.
The ticket is for her. Thanks for suggestions

    anyone?
You would have better luck looking at the Given to Fly section on the forums then Lost Dog. It is going to be a hard ticket to get to be honest. Still plenty of time but if it was me I would have a back up plan just in case like get a reserved ticket even though you guys will have to split up. Options other then here are the Seattle Facebook groups as well as the Official page and if you like to gamble just show up to the Preparty or venue and ask around. Usually a couple of GA tickets available right before the show. Good luck!
  • I have a pair of Ten Club tickets to the Friday Seattle show I'm trying to swap for a pair to the Wednesday show.

Hi, I'm looking to swap one of my GA standing for the august 10 Seattle show for one GA August 18 Wrigley.

Hey everyone, I'm looking at possibly booking a cheaper hotel option, the one I have now is downtown and as you can imagine that's pricey. What nearby areas should I look at?

If you have a rental car and being downtown isn't a requirement, you can certainly find cheaper options out of the city. Look at Burien, Seatac or Tukwila to the south (via I-5). Look at Issaquah to the east (straight shot via I-90).  Try Renton which has freeway access, but also some ninja backroad routes into Seattle, isn't far, and is definitely cheaper.

Take a look at West Seattle AirBnb's. You can take the water taxi to the shows or drive/Uber, plus you will be near Alki for the Sub Pop anniversary if staying for that on Saturday, maybe breakfast at Easy Street. The water taxi drop off is easy walking to Safeco, that's my plan as a West Seattle resident, traffic and parking will be hellacious down by the stadium.

Federal Way and Kent aren't too far either. Kent is the closer of the two, but both are reasonable commutes to the shows.

How many people could fit is that weird shaped pit thing?

I don't know of anyone who got GA for both Seattle shows, and I know demand wasn't as strong as the Chicago and Boston shows.  I mean, 60,000 on a Wednesday night?
