    Yes, this has been widely circulated for a long long time. There are some cool PJ/PJ related videos on YT that are hard to come by in proper DVD (or HD) format, but most of them (like this one) are just ripped from old fan made DVD's (or BD's). Ah, the good old days of JamRiver..  My preferred version of the 1998-09-19 show is the double layer DVD version created way before the official Vault release. The source video was the same, audio was audience but very good (that audio is used in the parts where official audio is missing in the video you posted). Clearly, one of the best shots of the 1998 tour, and it comes straight from the master.     i had this on vhs back in the day, probably bought it on ebay, watched this show and 9-11-98 all the time.

    Not directed at you, but just an advice, never buy this kind of stuff, usually it can be obtained online for free (but back when vhs were popular, it was another world, yeah)
