Anyone else working today (Christmas)

I am a CPA, and the new tax laws are wreaking havoc on year-end tax planning for my clients.   My wife is away at her mom's house, so I will be working 10 hours today.   Luckily I am Jewish, so missing Christmas isn't really a big deal.

    Working all day?
No break for a movie and Chinese food?

Nah, I am so swamped, and I have 2 Jeff Tweedy gigs later in the week so I need to crank today.   The only reprieve will come if I get a last minute invite to the Laker game.

I'm working on getting drunk. Does that count?

Also, considering converting to Judaism. Christmas is such a pain in the ass.

Is there a religion that doesn't require time with family, sleep, eating and bathroom breaks?

WE've got this backwards.  Let's not look for ways to making working more less stressful!
