If I understand this correctly, the only one injured was the person carrying this “device” Very lucky no one else was hurt.0

If this counts as terrorism, then the US soil terrorism wins, I was thinking the chef would be outed first.
Fortunately, nobody was injured.0 -
Akayed Ullah is reported to be the guy.
The dipshit is so useless he can't even succeed at blowing himself up. He's in the hospital. Hopefully, he's getting the very best care and attention concerned people could ask for."My brain's a good brain!"0 -

I heard on the news that a few others were injured, but none seriously, so luck was still with them. Good thing the terrorist is too incompetent to build a bomb that works. I'm going to hope he will not be getting another shot at it, correct? Does such an attack like this likely get someone life in prison in the USA, even without causing any deaths? I'm not very informed about punishment for terrorists in the USA actually, namely because you often don't seem to hear much about what happens to these people after the attacks (which is actually pretty sinister if you think about it, but anyway, that isn't the point I'm making here).Annafalk said:If I understand this correctly, the only one injured was the person carrying this “device” Very lucky no one else was hurt.

1. Bombs are banned. Nothing like making something that inflicts mass pain difficult to get.unsung said:We should ban bombs.
2. Imagine if this guy had a gun and was able to easily take out dozens of people on a subway platform.

The verdict in Manhattan came after a two-week trial of 29-year-old Ahmad Khan Rahimi, an Afghanistan-born man living in Elizabeth. The charges, including using a weapon of mass destruction and bombing a public place, carry a maximum punishment of life in prison.

Iraq, Afghanistan and other countries controlled by Muslims, he said, "we will be attacking U.S.," adding that Americans "only care about their people, but they don't care about the people elsewhere in the world when they die" .Well, the drone hits in Afghanistan and Iraq, they don't see children, they don't see anybody. They kill women, children, they kill everybody. It's a war, and in war, they kill people. They're killing all Muslims. . . .
I am part of the answer to the U.S. terrorizing the Muslim nations and the Muslim people. And, on behalf of that, I'm avenging the attack. Living in the United States, Americans only care about their own people, but they don't care about the people elsewhere in the world when they die.

The war on terror won’t end until we look at and deal with what motivates a terrorist.0

I'd say the 1st thing they wan't is for America to not intervene in their homelands and as long as America supports Israel they will never stop ...that's just my opinionGo Beavers said:The war on terror won’t end until we look at and deal with what motivates a terrorist.jesus greets me looks just like me ....0 -
