Hello Folks!
@alesek and I have managed to lock down bus transport from Prague through to Berlin and back to Prague again with a stop over in Krakow for vodka and pierogi. Well, maybe some other random event if there's time... What I need from you is a list of those interested in coming along for a bit of an adventure. The schedule would be as follows:

30/6 16.00 – 02.00 Prague Pre-Party BESEDA / Blue Light (Ask the folks from 2012 if this was any good  ;))

1/7 – 16.00 – 02.00 Beers, some gig and Blue Light

2/7 – 10.00 – Prague – Krakow transfer

2/7 – 18.00 – Krakow beers and polish vodka

3/7 – 10.00 - 02.00 – Krakow sightseeing, some gig and Vodka

4/7 – 10.00  - Krakow – Berlin transfer

4/7 – 18.00 – Berlin beers and kebab

5/7 – 10.00 – 02.00 Berlin beers and kebabs and some gig, beers and kebab

6/7 – 10.00 – Berlin – Prague …. L

Costs: 100 EUR per person. This would cover the entirety of the journey or you are free to disembark and wander off into the sunset at your discretion. Price needs to remain the same regardless of your chosen legs of the journey.

The bus itself seats 50 people and we have the ability to add a second bus at the same cost assuming we're able to fill that one too. So, in order to maintain transparency and ensure everything is on the up and up I will set up an account within http://www.payit2.com/?v=9 where people can sign up and deposit their funds. This way we all are aware of status and there's an added level of security for all involved. I'll get this account set up once we see at least a count of 35 people interested in bus #1.

Please feel free to post questions either here directly or send me a message and I'll get back to you ASAP. Looking forward to seeing you all in Prague!

******EDIT*****
Please use this link for bus sign up! https://www.payit2.com/event/98104

I might be interested!  I'm coming in from the US, never left the country before, and I'm doing all three shows, so anything to make my trip a little easier while meeting PJ fans would be welcomed!  My family is from Poland, hoping to catch some World Cup while in town too.  Do you happen to have any hotel info?

I don't really have any hotel info on a per city basis. Some folks want the Ritz and some will be just as happy with a hostel. Not really wanting to get involved there either way. If you've got questions regarding Prague I'm more than happy to help though.

Where is the pick up and drop of locations? Is there a chance of leaving the city before 10:00? I would be interested but am worried to spend most of the day on a bus and getting to the next location late in the afternoon leaving little time to explore. I realize you can not make everyone happy and appreciate this as an option thanks!

That's not what I meant, but good to know I suppose...
I am just bloody excited to hang out with everyone and not having to travel by myself the entire time!

Well we probably need some rest after the show so reckon 9-10 earliest departure time.
Pick up/Drop of location .... hmmm ... was thinking at the venue?

We need to look into a post show night bus that leaves at like 1am. That way you're not booking a room for the night and you're getting to the next location early in the morning.

I am 100% on board with this! If the first bus fills would this be an option for the second bus? I know it would be very popular as well. If not there are busses that leave around 2:00am ( I will need to check again later to be sure on time) for a cheap price. It would be nice for those that want to do the all nighter to get together and do the same thing. Would be nice especially after the concert to wind down and talk about the show.

It is not. The first post has the schedule. We were just talking about the second buses departure times if they add another one.

I can appreciate the idea of of leaving right after the show but don't have the appetite to handle researching it and securing the bus. At this point all we are doing is trying to have a fun way for everyone to get around a couple of shows without the hassle of booking planes, trains, and automobiles.

Thank you. I don't want to seem ungrateful; I really appreciate what you guys are doing, and look forward to meeting you in Prague. Just putting it out there that I want to have a great time at the show and after party, and eventually crash at my hotel without worrying about having to try to sleep on a bus.

A night bus.... I understand the point but we did this last time from Vienna to Berlin and quite frankly must say that I had a lot of fun but defo no sleep... :)

But we did a day bus from Stockholm to Oslo and tnat worked absolutely perfectly. You then have the whole night and next day to explore the city

The bus trip is part of the experience...

Also does anybody have experience with checking in luggage at a show? Say you don't have a room for the night and take off after the show...where do you keep/store your luggage? Can you usually check it in somewhere at the venue and is that safe?

    Agreed.
Day bus was the best for Stockholm to Oslo! It's not losing a day, I spent the day, warm and comfortable, surrounded by new friends who I had the pleasure to get to know, while singing songs and generally having a great time. (And a little sleeping in the morning by the aid of ear plugs :) )

Lets sed how it pans out. If there is enough interest for a second / night bus there is no problem to organize it. We got plenty of time for this.

But as few times mentioned, you might save some time on the night bus but not sure if its really worth it - the day after is lost anyway ... :) ... all the energy from the show needs to be absorbed rather in a bar than a bus and then lack of sleep. Believe me... ;)

I drive the route Prague - Krakow - Berlin by car and can offer to take one or two people with me.
Maybe if you do not want to go back to Prague after the Berlin show, this is the better option for you.
We are 2 persons right now, and I have a big car, so there is enough space for up to 4 people.
Alesek knows me from 2012, I lost my ticket inside O2 Arena on the Merchandise Stand, and Alesek helped me out.
Thanks again Alesek, see you in July 2018!!

This is the post that I made in the Prague thread:

I (male) make the roundtrip Prague - Krakow - Berlin with a girl from the german vitalogy forum by my car.
We start in Northeast Bavaria, where I live.
We got tickets through Tenclub for all 3 shows.
We stay 2 nights in every city (Prague 06/30 - 07/02 Hotel Arena near O2-Arena; Krakow 07/02 - 07/04 Hotel Hampton by Hilton near Tauron Arena; Berlin 07/04 - 07/06 Hotel Hansablick).
I could offer one or two seats in my car for the roadtrip Prague-Krakow-Berlin, or maybe only from Prague to Krakow or only Krakow-Berlin, if this is your plan.
The only costs would be sharing fuel and toll costs, but this would be 50 US Dollars or less for the whole journey.
It would be perfect, if your Prague-stay is in Hotel Arena or Hotel Carol in the very near, but it is not necessary.
We drive to Krakow on July 2nd maybe at 9 to 10 am, and to Berlin on July 4th maybe at noon.
When someone is very interested, please send me a PM!
