I have 2 tickets for Barcelona . What can i do with second ticket if No refunds, no name transfers, no exchanges, no exceptions. 
Tengo dos billetes para Barcelona. Que Está permitido hacer con El Segundo billete si la reventa está prohibida?

For picking up the tickets you have no name transfers, you may give the second ticket to whomever you want, at face value (or fair trade).
