    I think @2-feign-reluctance wasn't receiving them before, when I tried mentioning him...

    Just a reminder:
    Please be sure you have your notification references set to “Notify me when people mention me.”  Check the box under “Email” and/or “Popup

    Also, some people don’t use notifications so tagging them won’t work.
