Thanks to an old friend I got as close  as I had ever been to date at a PJ show. It was the Milwaukee show where they played Yield. I was awe struck by the whole scene. The colors of the lighting hitting the crowd, the euphoria, the sheer bliss of the moment. I have been wanting to paint it ever since and finally did tonight. The painting is 8" x 8" done in oil on stretched canvas.

I found I could say things with color and shapes that I couldn't say any other way - things I had no words for. - Georgia O'Keeffe
