Very sorry to hear, Brian. Sounds like he was a great man and you're the proof. Keep passing his strength and compassion along, and you'll continue his deserved legacy long after he's passed. And stay true to his wishes and "have fun!" (How cool)
I need to remember that one- thanks my friend!

Brian I am so deeply sorry for you! You sound so proud talking about your dad, that makes me smile... he must have felt the same way about you!
When I read about your lost I immediately had to think about these two songs. So I would like to share them with you tonight. One for the sad times... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TLCrYxlGzSU

I was missing my dad so much yesterday - more than nine years after his time came to an end Sure it gets softer over time, but really, never quite goes away.
I came upon this and thought of you, how tough this all, this time, must be right now. Good thoughts, B. Hope you had and have much comfort inside and around.

I'm sorry for the loss of your dad, Hedo. He brought a gift into the world- you! I have no doubt he was a really great guy.
I'm missing my Pop too. I keep thinking about things I want to tell him but can't.
I have one living uncle-in law and other than that, all of my relatives/elders from the G.I. generation are gone. It's strange and sad to now be among the living elder generation. Time does move on.
Thank you for Jimi and The Experience footage. How strange and marvelous! I'd never seen this before! Coming up out of that hole in the ground- too funny!
