Rather then using "mistakes and inaccuracies" the current ruling government much prefers yhat yiu use the terms "fake news" and "alternative facts".

It should not have to fall to newspaper editorials, members of Congress or even Rep. Frederica S. Wilson (D-Fla.) to call for an apology from White House Chief of Staff John F. Kelly for his false statements about the congresswoman’s remarks and behavior at the dedication of an FBI building in memory of two FBI agents slain in the line of duty. His name-calling and derisive remarks from the White House briefing room about Wilson last Thursday were also beneath the dignity of a retired four-star Marine Corps general.
Most disappointing of all is Kelly’s continued failure to acknowledge his misrepresentations and disrespectful conduct toward a member of Congress. In doing so, Kelly is not living up to the Marine Corps values, the first of which is honor.
It bears repeating: “Honor. This is the bedrock of our character. It is the quality that empowers Marines to exemplify the ultimate in ethical and moral behavior: to never lie, cheat, or steal; to abide by an uncompromising code of integrity; to respect human dignity, and to have respect and concern for each other.”
There is more at stake than the sensibilities of those offended by Kelly’s behavior. The heart of the Marine Corps’ core values, we are told, is Courage, including “the moral strength to do what is right, adhering to a higher standard of personal conduct.”
If we ever did, much of the nation no longer expects displays of honor and courage from President Trump.
More was expected of Gen. John F. Kelly. That, perhaps, is the greatest disappointment of all.
