    You were one of a kind. You played the drums like they owed you cash. You were a legend, a punk rock vanguard and a bad motherfucker. You were also hilarious, kind and incredibly generous.
    Thank you for allowing me to tell your story. It’s one of the great honors of my life.
    You’ll always be a hero to me.
