    Yes I managed to buy the tickets (Yay!). I tried it on my phone first and that didn't work . So I used my laptop. That did the trick. I eventually used "other" and entered my passportnumber.

    For all the people that is coming to Argentina to see Pearl Jam and (if) expect to see all those well-known "magic vibes" you may see on youtube videos, or read somewhere in the net (even in this forum), let me tell you the context will be different. Without a shadow of doubts you r gonna have a great night, but keep in mind Lollapalooza environment has nothing to do with any Pearl Jam show. I mean, this is not Lolla 1992, its Lolla 2018-selfie&backgroundmusicformultitaskingpeople era. It may goes for Chile and Brasil too.

    I hope PJ add a few more shows for all.

    Hey dude, about purchasing abroad, oficial LollaAR website says:



    When you are signing in, you have to fill with an Argentina local address as a reference (I can help you out with that if you need) and that's the only one clarification I find. 
    So when it asks for your document, you should enter the correct one, it should work. I wouldn't fill with any wrong information as you could have issues here getting the tix. Try your personal document, your passport, etc.
    If you need further support, I will be glad to give you a hand, but it will be so much easier if you can share any print screen where you are stuck.

    its easy..problem is to get the line...when they answer was easy..i went an other way,a brazilian friend bought for me all brazil tickets

    Also there is a telephone there at the www.ticketsforfun.com.br that you might want to try over Skype: 4003.5588
    That's a kind of number that works with any city code. Lets say you use Curitiba (41). So in Skype you select Brazil (55) as country code and type 41 4003 5588 to try and ask for spanish speakers. Sometimes they do have someone there!
    Make sure you have an account registration there at the Tickets For Fun website first, though!

    Shoot, things are never simple. I just received an email from lollapalooza which is of course in Spanish. But I think the message is that they won’t ship abroad. So I think I’m in trouble cause I’m not from Argentina. I have to change the shipping data. I already paid.
    Does anyone know if picking up the tickets is an option? @kjmed maybe you can help me out? Maybe I can send you the message for translation?

    I'm trying to purchase 2 tickets for Day 3 of Lollapalooza but keep having the purchase denied.  I've tried 2 different credit cards and have used my passport number as identification.  Has anyone based in the US been able to complete a purchase?  Any advice?  @kjmed any local insight would be greatly appreciated!  Thanks!

    And if anyone has 2 spares for Rio, do let me know :)

    Hi, I assume you mean Argentina´s Lolla?
    Have you tried this first? it´s on the FAQ`s:
    How can I buy tickets from abroad?
    You have to register at the ticketera, and put an address from Argentina as a reference, then you have to select "withdraw at points of sale".

    Basically, register, give local address (hotel maybe?), then select will call (although there are few other places where you can pick up your tickets from, try google maps for the one nearer your hotel). You should be ok.

    Thanks for the quick reply PJ1809 and yes, thats right, Im looking at the Buenos Aires Lollapalooza.  

    I saw the FAQs but still struggling.  I have a feeling a large head slap moment is about to happen but what is "the ticketera"?  is there a url for registration you can share?

    Once there, go to "INGRESAR" (right upper corner).
    You can register using your FB account or your email.

    Hope it helps.

    If it doesn´t let me know what is the message you´re are getting while trying to purchase the tickets, so that maybe I can tell your what´s missing.

    Ah, in that case, I had previously registered with my email address but it only asks for my name, birth date email, and document number.  There wasnt a section for a local address.  I've tried a couple of different cards and attempted to make a single payment but each time I get an error message that says "Payment was rejected.  Please choose another means of payment."  Any thoughts?

    Perhaps there are limitations with some CC? I sent an email to the ticketing vendor, let´s see if I hear back from them.
    In the meantime, in this same thread I saw that someone from Amsterdam (@bernice) was able to get tickets, maybe you can find some tips there...
