Man this song just does NOT get the praise it deserves. Easily one of my favs. Makes me bounce off the walls! Such a rockin little number. Definitely one HELL of a way to kick off an album and a show! It just sets such an awesome mood and energizes to the max! Ed's voice is TIP fuckin TOP! My god! The notes he holds, the screams? He sounds fuckin amazing.

Hm, maybe overlooked cos it's the 1st track on vitalogy. I totally agree though. I'd also say that Once, Go and Brain of J are all absolutely amazing opening tracks!

What a way to start the day! This song really is the perfect way to start so much....a day, a show, an album. Pumps you up and gets you motivated for what lies ahead. Again, looooooooooooove it! And also looooove to see it getting some WELL deserved love.

Last Exit sounds 100x better with Matt drumming, and they have a blast when they play it on Live @ the Garden.

Completly agree!!!!! That song is perfect to open any pearl jam album, it gives something special to vitalogy!! And I LOVE that part too

Seriously...this song is just a BURST of adrenaline! I LOVE IT! It's definitely reborn live. Wow! And yeah, you can totally tell the boys are lovin every minute of it too. When they busted this out last time I saw them (St Louie VFC tour) I know for a fact I was scaring the people around me. Hey, not my fault this song unleashes the beast....definitely a PJ girl gone wild song right here. Ooooooh, the Garden performance is CLASSIC as hell!!! And YES Portuguese_Girl!! That line right there?! :eek: Ed is SOOOOOO on it! Gives me chills.

Whaaat?! No way! I do that shit all the time too...specially love doing it along with Ed. The low to the ground semi-squat back and forth little Last Exit dance. Hell yeah! And as we all know, it just pumps you up EVEN MORE to see the band feelin it like that.

Damn this song ROCKS! Has it been mentioned enough how much these drums RULE???? I don't think it has. This ending is soooo insanely kick ass too. I can't get over it! The way it breaks down! Ed and those notes! :eek:
