Vault 6 Labels

Hey guys,  I tried searching for this but couldn't find anything about it.  My Vault 6(LA forum) album is mislabeled.  My side "D", has the same label as side "B".  My side B and D tracks are correct when played, but the label on D is incorrect.  The album on the right in the picture has a track listing of Present Tense, Spin the black, RVM and Go.  You can clearly see just by the picture that the track are different.  Has anyone else noticed this mislabel?
