Found myself in tears yet again today.  I love this man's work.  One of my all-time favorites.

    Years ago, I was watching an interview with Ringo on Larry King.  He told some wildass story about he and Stanton, then gave a peace sign and said to the camera something like "Love you, Harry Dean!".  It was sweet and touching and always stuck with me.  Seems fitting those two would have been buds.

    I always liked that movie a lot.  Great acting, fine story, excellent music. Molly Ringwald was in the bookstore a number of years ago and I was very tempted to tell her how much I like her work and also wanted to ask her what it was like working with HDS but instead I just asked her if she need help finding a particular book or section- the standard question I ask everyone.
