I saw someone posted in this thread that the US will get a stadium tour next year. That has been my sense for 5 months now. Bruce , U2, Dave Matthews, GNR & Metallica all do stadium tours. PJ will try out a US Stadium tour in 2018. Looking forward to it. Hopefully a few smaller teaser shows will precede the tour. Maybe Ten Club only????
There have been rumors of a stadium tour in this thread, and perhaps some maybe/sorta/kinda tentative, possibly genuine information. Some people have info, but so far it's been mostly hints and implications. In all fairness, touring plans can change, so it's wise to take everything with a grain.

That being said, Wrigley and Fenway are the most persistent rumors. Apparently there's at least one other venue in the ether. I don't know if I'd call 2 or 3 stadiums a "tour", but a knowledgeable person has stated that the US will get something in 2018.
Safeco Field has been mentioned a few times as well

  • I still believe there will be an east coast spring tour. They will play Philly, Boston Calling and Governors Ball (NYC) .

My guess would be west coast tour. They all live on west coast and they haven’t played there since 2013 I believe.

That would be correct. They're long overdue over here!

They are over due, but given the unprecedented lack of shows this year I think just about anywhere could be on the agenda

Hoping the ballpark tour is short this summer and the full tour happens November-December 2018.
