I've always loved The Girl I Love She Got Long Black Wavy Hair.  Achilles Last Stand for sure is top notch and In the Light.

  • Wow....what a tough question. I really can't decide. It definitely changes. Right now I guess it's "Babe I'm Gonna Leave You". Not lyrically speaking,  but the music and the whole feeling of that song has been giving me such an emotional rush lately. And yeah...it's just badass.

I have a bootleg with a 10 minute version of Thank You that is phenomenal.

Achilles Last Stand has been my favorite for years.

Of the 'overplayed and because so doesn't get the respect it should as an all time great'... Whole Lotta Love.

This is a great album.  Lotta nice stuff here.

Back in the day, I thought Plant's banshee screaming vocals were great but they have not aged well for me.  Plant's well aged mature voice works so much better for me these days.
“The fear of death follows from the fear of life. A man [or woman] who lives fully is prepared to die at any time.”
Variously credited to Mark Twain or Edward Abbey.

I have to add Whole Lotta Love to this too.

When the volume is cranked and this is playing I get goosebumps.

The recording and production on this song is amazing.
