Well a girl passed out in line right in front of us on the way in, like seriously collapsed on the floor. If you read this and you have a medical issue I seriously hope you're ok and you're getting treatment...but you hitting the floor in a thump and your boyfriend saying "oh she's ok, she just passes out lately here and there..." kinda ruined the mood for us.  It's a movie in the mall and we're all in our late 30's by now.... no need to get all fucked up to the point someone passes out.

if your significant other is passing out frequently, something is wrong.   Don't bring her to the movies, dude.  And get help- don't just kneel down and act like she'll be up nd at it no time and nothing is happening.  I hope you get her treatment, she didn't seem "fine."
I'm like an opening band for your mom.

Very dissapointed! My husband and I drove 1 1/2 hours to a cinema (in Hürth, Germany) to see the movie. When we were at the cinema, they told us, they can not show the movie, because they did not receive it in time from the copyright owner! The cinema sent us an email 2 hours before the movie should have started, they cancelled our reservation, but I could not read the email in time because I was driving in my car. So a total of a three hour drive for nothing. Yesterday was my birthday, so it could have been a perfect present ...
  • Went to Tower Theater in Sacramento, CA last night...(same building where Tower Records was started by Russ Solomon in his parents pharmacy)...to catch the movie.  I would also say 3/4th's full.  I would also say that the movie was far better than a lot of people would have led you to believe.  There really is not "too much" baseball and there is a lot of music.  I thought Clinch did an excellent job of peppering the movie with the baseball connection and making it seem relevant--even to a non-Cubs fan....

Really worth the effort to see it at a theater with a decent sound system....and I would totally recommend that everyone watch it when it is televised (on Fox?) after one of the playoff games...

Had a blast night night - I thought it was extremely well done, and as said above, it wasn't baseball-dominant like some of the reviews would lead you to believe.

Danny Clinch is master at his craft!

I was also fortunate enough to get the movie poster since it was only being shown for one night - pretty pumped to have this!

I went to the movie last night with my husband & LOVED it, except that it made me very tour-sick. I'm so hanging out for a show now! :'-(

Also, there wasn't any merch down here in New Zealand. :-( I so wish there had been t-shirts on sale. Has anyone seen any t-shirts & if so can they flick me a link or buy me one & I'll pay back, if possible?? THNX!

    Happy new PJ movie week!!!

    Sweet score!! :)

I just picked up my tickets at the ticketing kiosk @ Park Lane. I didn't see any Pearl Jam posters around.
Looks like will have to look to eBay for a copy.

Didn't see any display in the lobby. I contact them via phone about securing a poster after the event tonight.
They said they don't do that.

I saw it last night in Red Bank, NJ.  I loved the concert footage and loved seeing the band perform on the big screen.  I'm just ok with the Cubs stuff.  I get Ed has a personal passion and last season was a very special year so I'm willing to go with the flow and not let it bug me too much.  But it's odd that Theo Epstein got more air time than Matt, Jeff and Stone. It just felt weird to me that this band has so many passionate fans who traveled to see that show and they could have done so much with that instead of keep going back to the lady who owns Murphy's bar over and over again.  I just wish it was more of a celebration of the band and it's fans and less of a homage to the baseball team.  But overall I smiled through the whole thing and will be eager to give it another watch when it airs on tv.

I just called mine and once again the guy was too lazy to look around and see if they have the print. I am going to go early tomorrow to see if I can get it if they have one after the show. You should do the same. I am guessing they will have it at the entrance to the actual auditorium. I think your show has two showings so you would have to pick it up after the 9:40 showing.

I can't find box office numbers other than for last weekend. Wonder why they're not reporting them in?

ok, in the movie I saw a guy in the front who had a light yellow Pearl Jam t-shirt.  I believe there was a  triangle with an eye in the center, and a snake was wrapped around the triangle.

I tried searching for a pic of this, but haven't had any luck yet.  Does anyone have a pic of this?  Thanks!

Yeah, I bought that shirt last tour. It is white with the Illuminati/snake thing going on.

Why was the shirt light yellow?  Unwashed?
