there was a Pearl Jam show to look forward to this summer. I had a blast last year at Fenway and really enjoyed spending a few days in Boston.

    Lotta shit goin on right now that will make this impossible.  A two year hiatus is in effect.  Lot of erosion lately since the full band last seen together.

    I wouldn't say erosion. It's their usual cycle of a hiatus after a tour. Lightning Bolt came out in 2013, aka four years ago. How much did the band tour when Backspacer was 3-4 years old?

    Hopefully we'll hear some solid rumors later this year.

    I realize they are likely not playing anytime soon.  I'm just lamenting that there is no show to look forward to this summer.  I had a blast at Fenway and it just feels like summer was made for seeing a Pearl Jam show.

    Going to Italy to see 3 EV shows made the wait much more bearable but I would love to get some news this year of a tour in the future. I book vacation in January and life would be much easier picking dates knowing when/if there is a tour.

    fenway was incredible!  I fell in love with boston after that trip.

    Can't get enough of Boston... totally walk-able and a ton of things to see and do.
