I sort of looked around for an existing thread but I couldn't find anything...
I am new here, usually post on RM but cant seem to get an answer so...

For those in the area...

What is the best way to get to the MCI Center from the Baltimore Airport?

Is there a Public Transportation option?
How much is a taxi?

Thanks.

I found this under ground transportation at the airport website:
    Washington DC (WMATA)
    Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority

Metro now offers BWI Express Metro bus service between BWI and the Greenbelt metro station. The service provides a direct connection between BWI and the Greenbelt Metro Station. The BWI Express/B30 service runs every 40 minutes, 7 days a week to the Greenbelt Metro Station, which is located on the Green Line of the Washington Metro System. Buses run 25 times each weekday and 21 times on Saturdays and Sunday, every 40 minutes. For more information call 202-637-7000 or go to http://www.wmata.com.

BWI Express/Metro buses will serve two stops, one at the lower level International Concourse and the other is the BWI Business District light rail station. Southbound buses will leave the BWI Business District stop, loop through the airport to the International Concourse (lower level) and out Interstate-195 to the BWI Parkway to the Greenbelt Metro Station.

Why are you flying in to BWI? Reagan National would have been the best option, or even Dulles.

If I were you, I would take the nearest Metro to BWI and take it all the way to Chinatown. If you want to drive a bit closer, I would suggest parking at the West Falls Church Metro in Vienna. Regardless, driving to the Verizon Center from BWI is my last suggestion. Not worth the hassle of parking and getting out afterwards will be difficult.

Greenbelt IS the nearest metro to BWI (at about 20 miles). I'm thinking light rail from BWI into Union Station might be a better option, but I'm not sure if light rail runs regularly (or at all) on the weekend.

Edit: You could probably use one of those Blue Van shuttles (Super Shuttle I think). It would most likely be faster than the bus.
