5 years ago, my first PJ show, Amsterdam 2 2012

From 1992 to 1995 I was heavily in PJ, listening to Ten, Vs and Vitalogy on a daily basis.
Unfortunately, I had become one of the many that did not understand No code when it came out.
PJ has then literally disappeared from my life until late 2011.
Having bought the PJ 20 book almost 'by accident', I started to listen to PJ again, discovering Yield, Binaural, Riot act, Lost dogs, Avocado, Backspacer and finally enjoying No code at the same time.
I felt the need to see them just one time live and I bought a ticket for Amsterdam 2 2012.
Needless to say that I have been amazed by the experience. The setlist was awesome (Wash and Alone are among my favourite songs) and I discovered how crazy, dedicated and friendly PJ fans are !
This show was a turning point as I have fallen heavily in PJ. I have been able to see them 5 times in 2014 and I have become seriously addicted to their bootlegs, listening to live shows on a daily basis when commuting to work.
I don't know if there are other members that have discovered PJ 'lately'.
I know that I have missed awesome tours such as 2000 and 2006 but I think that the group is now delivering awesome shows on a very consistent basis meaning that awesome live shows are yet to come ... and I hope that 2018 will mark their return in Europe.

We missed some good tours, but fortunately they were preserved in our bootleg collections. I feel fortunate to have been reintroduced when I was. I've met so many great people and made some amazing memories over the past few tours. Hoping for more! Cheers
