Did this happen to anyone else?

I was trying for chicago night 2 and 35 min in I finally got the buy icon and when I went to buy them it said that I had to be logged in. but the thing is I was logged in and I never logged out. I dont get it it is like the web site kicked me out or something. I have never had a problem before and this is the first time that has happen.

    Same exact thing happened to me right before 4:30 and 2 minutes prior I was checking out my profile so I know I was logged in.

    OOOOHHHH, YES, THE VERY SAME THING HAPPENED TO ME TWICE!!!!! But, the worst thing is that I got "BUY" option 4 times BEFORE THAT and I couldn't proceed to check out cause they told me that tickets were "TOOS"!!!! I am very, very pissed!!!!

    Happened three times each for the five shows I was trying to get. I feel everyones pain because I have always been able to get 10 club tickets before. I too am pissed and will see if I can score from TicetBastard on Friday. Any extra tickets to either the DC or NJ shows would be appreciated. Please PM me if you got an extra. Thanks

    Same thing happened to me, exactly at 4:30. I wonder if they forcibly log everyone out a half hour after the sale starts...

    i have never had so much trouble and false hope - what happened - how come "buy" wouldn't work????

    Yeah, it happened to me twice with NYC1 (amazingly the 2nd time the tix were in my cart when I got back in) and when it happened with NYC2, the tix were in my cart and when I hit "check out", it booted me out and I lost them.
    Glaciers melting in the dead of night and the superstars sucked into the supermassive.

    I heard the system automatically logs you out after 30 mins or so.......?

    it may have something to do with your cookies settings or cache. before ticket sales, it's always a good idea to check your cookies settings and clear out your history/cache. your browser will run more smoothly and there's less of a likelihood that you'll be logged-out by a bad refresh.

    That I can believe, however I secured tix for NYC1 at 4:21pm and I'd been booted twice already when hitting "Buy"... twice in maybe 30mins.

    All cookies and history cleared beforehand... admittedly I forgot to clear for NYC2... I think it was just one of those funky bugs in the system. It's fine, though, I did secure tix for NYC1 ;)
