If their country keeps buying then they won't have need for the US anymore.  We are behind the 8 ball even more, holy shit...

It should not be a secret to anyone with an internet connection that China holds a shit tonne of American debt and if they ever called in the debt it would not be good to say the least.  Until then the debt ceiling gets raised and raised.
