Los Angeles-area PJ/Cornell fans. Looking for somewhere to grieve tonight?

A fellow musician and I are doing a (small) set of Chris Cornell acoustic covers tonight at The Garage in Culver City starting at 10pm.  If enough people show up, we'll play a few more, and maybe take some requests (if we know how to play 'em).

Sounds like The Garage is also looking into doing a live-stream for those who can't attend.

I'm just a heartbroken fan looking to do something positive to rally the community.

Come out tonight, won't you?

Must be a new place. Went to all the happy hours around there when I lived there until a few years ago. Place looks cool, wish I could make it.

formerly the Palmer Room, Johnny Foxes, I think a couple other names

fun fact: it was also the Dirty Sanchez in the Dodgeball movie

Thanks for posting about this. I'll be there for sure and I'm telling some of my equally heartbroken LA friends.
