Foo Fighters B-Sides

Hey all. I've liked the Foo Fighters from the beginning (being a huge Nirvana fan, etc.). But now I'm in 'obscure track huntdown mode.'
They are #1 on my concert bucket list and I have all their easily available/purchasable music. But after finding a spin.com article ranking all 152 songs, I was shocked to see I don't own about 40 of their songs, mostly b-side tracks. The easiest way to knock off about a dozen would be to locate 'Medium Rare.' Does anybody who may have mp3's of this, and other b-sides want to do some mp3 trading??? I have 11K songs on the ipod classic and will gladly repay you three-fold if you can hook me up. I also don't have '5 songs and a cover' EP. No luck on itunes. Will try amazon music, but if there are any huge FF fans who can help a brother out, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks!

It was recorded at least twice in the studio with full band, but never released.
