    I tore down and started rebuilding my shitty condo at about the age of 25. I feel like I'm open to the idea of a reno, but have been pretty happy with my digs for quite awhile now.

    I got about half way through and decided, Yes, good thought, but too many words to express a few simple concepts: use critical thinking and be skeptical of what you hear as "fact".
