Other than the most notable ones mentioned here already, these are ones I found listening to over the years with some unique set flow/sequencing of songs.

    Ljubljana 00
    Bonner Springs 03
    Lexington 03
    Bristow 03
    Madrid 06

I was going to add Bristow 2003, but you beat me to it. Love your blog, by the way! We got a slow start to that show and the reappearance of Why Go. Ed was in a playful mood and it was just a really fun evening.

Nobody mentioned Missoula 95 yet...  that's a must listen and that setlist is very unconventional.
set: Corduroy, Spin the Black Circle, Last Exit, Tremor Christ, Porch, Glorified G, Daughter/(Star Boy)/(The Real Me), Go, Animal, State of Love and Trust, Improv (I Don’t Know About the Future), Not for You, Jack Irons chant/Immortality, Satan’s Bed, Whipping, Even Flow, W.M.A., Blood
enc: Redemption Song, Yellow Ledbetter, Let My Love Open the Door

This is the finest version of Let My Love Open The Door you will ever hear.  Complete with Ed repeatedly asking somebody on the rail if they are alright.  There is a full version of WMA with jackie boy on the drums.  Porch in the 5 hole... Extended Immortality intro... it's good times.

Great recs. I never noticed that about Holmdel (have it and will listen again). Keep em coming. These are awesome. Love the Newcastle show. I always wished Santa Barbara would get a proper release. Keep em coming.
holmdel main set: Wash, Once, Even Flow, Go, Dissident, Corduroy, Nothingman, I Got Shit, In My Tree, Present Tense, Given To Fly, Wishlist/(Why Can’t I Touch It?), Evacuation, Insignificance, 1/2 Full, Save You growing up first song first encore. I had first row that night in between ed and mike and it was amazing!
I wasn't that close, maybe eight rows back on Stone's side. It was a great show. Remember the MMC shirts? Wish I still had mine.
