I ordered 5 cds, starting with Bonnaroo, on June 25. I still have not received the second email for any of them. Should I be worried?

I assume when the Va Beach cd is ready my first order will be coming??

I ordered 9. Started with WPB. When I received it last week, they had accidentally sent me Tampa. I kept it to listen to until I receive the others. Got an email yesterday that Bonnaroo has been shipped. Can't wait!!!!But so far that is all I have heard.

I ordered WPB and Bonneroo together. I got an email saying those shipped last Thursday I believe. The only other CD I ordered was Hartford (which I placed as a separate order). That one hasn't shipped yet.

I ordered all of them at once... and no sign of anything. It's ok tho, I've heard most of the flacs already. I figure they'll get here when they get here.

I already got WPB, but I ordered that one w a different card... which is why I'm worried. And when I email kufala.com, they automatically email that a specialist will contact me shortly, but I guess shortly means never.

i haven't heard anything either, my first one should've shipped wednesday according to their schedule. i'm debating on whether or not to cancel my order. i should've known better than to order anything from fucking 10C.

Columbia is supposed to ship 7/13/08 according to the company that is doing the replication. The artwork and samples from the disk are on their site.

So since an order only ships when the last item is ready it seems like the best way to order was one at a time.

I wish that this had been explained to us before we actually placed our orders, otherwise I would have done them all individually. Too bad they weren't shipped as the cd's became available ala 2003. The other thing I thought of that was GREAT about the 2003 boots was that you received low quality mp3's in the meantime until the actual cd's came in the mail. And I actually didn't think the low quality mp3's were that bad. It was so nice to have the show the following day after the show. THAT, was the best system, not this one. I still have no emails nor cd's. Later

Just received confirmation that Virginia Bch., Columbia, and Bonnaroo have been sent to me and should arrive by the end of the week. WooHoo!

First check your profile and get your order number(s), then go to http://www.kufala.com. You can email them. I got a reply within 24hrs. I live on the East Coast U.S.A. and have gotten all of my cd's up to and including the Bonnaroo show. Still waiting for the rest. Good Luck

For the 100th time, the cd's are shipped the same way you ordered them. If you ordered the first 7 in one hit, then when THE 7TH SHOW IS READY THEY WILL ALL SHIP!!

If you ordered 13, then when the LAST show is ready, they will ALL ship!!!

It's really that simple, really, it is.

I ordered in 2,3,2,2,2,2.

I have my second order, containing 3 shows, on the way. Those 3 shows were ALL scheduled to be shipped on July 12th according to kufala.com.

I'm not sure why, but I just got the email about the shipping for the WPB cd this afternoon. I ordered it only a few days after the show (2-3 days). Maybe they are shipping the international orders in large bunches.

the kufala site has the first 5 shows as released, if you check it ,you should be able to see when the boot is finished,
i looked at their lineup of artists and gotta believe they are overwhelmed with orders for pearl jam, dont know what else anyone would be buying there.
i'm thinking mid august delivery for dc and hartford.

How long after you receive the email does it take for the CD to arrive?

I ordered Bonnaroo about 5 days after the show and have heard nothing about it being shipped. I guess I should've just gotten the digital download, at least that way I could have had it instantly and not all this waiting. I like to have a physical product though.

I just received an email saying that Bonaroo and Columbia are on their way to me. These were my first orders, unfortunately it does look like they are sending them by the order placed and not as they become available, which I know has already been said here but I was sorta hoping it wasn't true. I ordered them all and I was hoping they would come as they would become available. My next order is Tampa and West Palm packaged with both Camden shows, so it looks like I will be waiting for the Camden shows to become available before I get that order. Later

Same here, but I ordered them 6/18 and still haven't received anything, including a confirmation. I have no problems being patient, but it seems like most people who had the same shows have at leat received a confirmation e-mail by now.

i ordered the first 5 on 6-18 the last 8 7-5 or so.been impatient myself.contacted 10c shipping was directed to Kufala.emailed them back to me in 24hrs.said me order (1st) had shipped the 13th (14th) and that mysecond order would be ready to ,i assume, be burned early next week.does seem to be a few hitches with the new system.now we wait for USPS to do their thing.can't really bitch cuz shipping is free!
