    i have those, i didnt know if it was a promo item or just super rare. i have never seen on here or ebay before..

    they sold them in limited quantities on the 2003 Riot Act tour, I believe. kinda rare to see for sale, but not that expensive when they do go for sale. I've seen them for $40 I think.

    I want some though. I have a set of Tragically Hip Phantom Power dog tags that I happened across last summer (a friend's dad found them at their cottage, like seriously a week after I had found out they existed online, and no one claimed them, so he gave them to me).
