    This was SUCH a crazy show.. I can literally say I saw them in my backyard; oh I almost lost my job for beating people throwing shoes... with my shoes..

    Right??? I mean black and white!! Berkeley was fun, great energy.. I think everyone was high.. mellow.. then two days later.. this.. I remember getting back from Berkeley, was supposed to have the day off, but one of the other grounds men was "sick" AKAseverely hungover.. and so I got roped into moving 24 horses two barns barns back, to accommodate the show. We also had to pasture vac that field... ( running a pasture vac is like riding a giant poop sucking Zamboni...). Yeah totally different vibe... but they DID open all four bars 4 hours before the first band hit the stage..

    Someone once told me, that show was the precursor to theCoachella MF... have no idea how true that is... but o know shortly after I left there, ( less than a year later, they cleared barns, and wherethe8 12 horse barns once stood, is now where they park cars for Coachella.. haven't been back to EPG, now called Empire Polo Fields, (as there are no longer horses 'grounded' there..) since I got fired for calling Prince Harry a "stupid clod" for bar-checking his opponents at the 20 .. 5 full feet forward of where this is officially overlooked.. ah I have always been an overly opinionated jerk!
