    You must be confused about the definition of the word "conspiracy", there is nothing conspiratorial about what I wondered aloud at.

    I lived most of my life about an hour away from Montana. Vacationed there all the time. I don't think you have any idea what the people of Montana are like. Tester is just barely a democrat.....who just barely wins there...so not even comparable.
