Zappa plays Zappa - worth it?

Tickets arent that cheap. Is it worth it? Thinking about taking my dad who loves Zappa.

I know Mothers of Invention are touring on their own, what would be the best experience of the two?

If your dad loves Zappa, you have to take him to see ZPZ. The Mothers can be fun, but the technical expertise with which ZPZ plays the music cannot be matched by any other Zappa tribute out there.

Zappa plays Zappa is really good! I saw them last November. Plays a fair amount of his dad's stuff. He also did a meet and greet after the show and signed stuff.

Here is what the average set was back in November.

I highly recommend ZPZ. Dweezil is amazing and the band is tight.

My brother just said that when he saw them, some of Franks original band members were in the band. But that is not the case anymore.

    is this true?
