I'm more interested in teump's response. He puts himself in double binds all the time. In this case, his history of bashing intelligence agencies, but at the same time being the law and order president who wants to keep us safe from the spooky moose lambs.

Not to mention that he was for leaks before he was against them.

"The collection of purported intelligence documents includes information on CIA-developed malware -- bearing names such as “Assassin” and “Medusa” -- intended to target iPhones, Android phones, smart TVs and Microsoft, Mac and Linux operating systems, among others. An entire unit in the CIA is devoted to inventing programs to hack data from Apple products, according to WikiLeaks.

Some of the remote hacking programs can allegedly turn numerous electronic devices into recording and transmitting stations to spy on their targets, with the information then sent back to secret CIA servers. One document appears to show the CIA was trying to “infect” vehicle control systems in cars and trucks for unspecified means."

Yes, I'd be more surprised if the CIA wasn't involved in this sort of thing.

Assange must be getting desperate for attention.

    That makes 2 of us.

But when I saw who the OP was I realized that wasn't the case. Plus his having no interest in PJ music or political stances.

If this doesn't convince people that government is a disease...

    Dont forget bootlickers.

You guys are proud of it.

And you wonder why Trump won.

I honestly used to find it completely unbelievable on how this type of thing doesn't get everyone outraged but not letting a man pee next to women does. But I guess your behaviors post election leave nothing left of shock value.

I haven't had a chance to go through it yet & digest it. Im sure I'll post something once I get that chance.

Cool, I was referencing the two prior to the post. The ones that never discuss my point and instead repeat the same thing over and over. It's like 2009 was here and the racist line was being used again.

The info dump is confirming what we already knew was happening. The 'where's the outrage' theme you're often on is too late. The outrage was when the Pariot Act was cooked up.

The Patriot Act was written before 9/11. And yeah, likely the most liberty reducing legislation in the history of the US at that point. Despicable.

We didn't know the CIA was doing the things just released. We had only knew about their drug running campaigns and the possibility of offing JFK.

Most people could connect the dots. When Samsung says that your conversations can be listened in on through your TV, it doesn't take much imagination from that point.

So not much outrage. Are we just supposed to accept it since the dots could have been connected?

I, for one, do not remember there being smart phones/TVs when the patriot act was cooked up... I am against the Patriot Act as well, but there has been no administration since then that is innocent from allowing warrantless data collection/mass spying on the general population.

Be outraged. I'm responding to your ongoing 'where's the liberal outrage' theme. It seems like you want to conclude that liberals are okay with this.

When there's no outrage: "Where's the outrage?!"
When there's outrage: "You lost, get over it!"
