    I prefer Matt Cameron in any setting. Picking one band over the other is not comparable, he is asked to do totally different things in each band. Soundgarden lets the beast loose way more often, but I feel Pearl Jam lets him branch out more into some of his Jazz tendencies. I am not saying Matt does not go full tilt in PJ, just a more demanding palette in PJ. I agree with a prior post, TOTD is a nice middle ground.

    I agree. soundgarden has a heavier sound overall as well.

    Seeing him with Soundgarden was amazing! I never thought I'd ever get to Soundgarden live. That truly showed Matt is a beast on drums, (Jesus's Christ pose) was amazing he just goes off- loved it. He is great in PJ

    I'd love to see PJ play a Jesus Christ Pose-esque song or come close to the other worldly experimentalism of Superunknown and Down on the Upside
