    More bonkers is CCOOTWH reading the note the Lil’ Marco Rube passed him out loud. Like the look on the rube’s face when he just announced, “Marco passed me a note” and then he just read it out loud. It was something like, “ask him for $16B”, like a mob shake down.

    It must have been just before he read the note or maybe after it? Something about a write-off and the oil executive laughing nervously with CCOOTWH. But clearly he wasn’t supposed to read ‘lil Marco’s note out loud.

    And sure, a table full of Nazis and oil executives talking about carving up Venezuela’s oil reserves is nothing like a mob shake down. The $16B remark was before the note was read.
