Trump's Lies

That perfectly sums it up, and I feel the same way about Israel. rssesq's anti-Jewish rhetoric is similar to Trump's anti-Muslim rhetoric - the verbiage used is just ambiguous enough to have plausible deniability when someone calls him out for being a bigot.rgambs said:

Rssesq has a long history of anti-semitic posts on these boards. In this instance he made three direct posts about jews...Zuckerberg, Rogan and the Rothchilds followed by his meme. These posts were not coincidende but were well planned and posted in quick succession. You see beyond just being anti-israel (which is NOT anti-semitism) Rssesq is one of those nuts who think the world is being run by a secret cabal of jews. In his mind they pull all the strings and make all the decisions behind the scenes. This is blatant anti-semitism.my2hands said:

How was that meme, or anything else he said in that thread, anti- semitic?
I honestly don't see it? And I honestly see zero reason to close the Trump thread?
I don't know if you know my posting history, but I am pretty far left in almost all situations. I consider the situation in Israel right now to be apartheid-adjacent at the least, and I think we lend far, far too much unconditional support to Israel.
That being said, rsessq does have a history of blatant anti-Semitism. I can see how that string of posts doesn't look like much, but put in proper context it is just more of the same old shit. You might notice his obsession if you look closely, nearly every single post has a sarcastic "le Chaim"(sp?) or a mazel tov, if not some offensive mention of goyim. Every issue is twisted to represent the secret Jewish cabal's involvement, and all roads lead to anti-Semitism.
Once he posted a graphic of the Yale (I think) coat of arms (or whatever they call their insignia) with Hebrew words on it in relation to Clinton somehow. I know that's a vague description, but the point is that it was ridiculous and weird and typical of rsessq.
In addition - you mentioned some offensive mention of goyim. I, and every Jew I know, refrain from using that word. It's a derogatory and divisive word that only serves to perpetuate the outdated us vs. them mentality that my parents' understandably paranoid upbringing taught them about. As soon as that word is used, it is offensive and counter-productive.'05 - TO, '06 - TO 1, '08 - NYC 1 & 2, '09 - TO, Chi 1 & 2, '10 - Buffalo, NYC 1 & 2, '11 - TO 1 & 2, Hamilton, '13 - Buffalo, Brooklyn 1 & 2, '15 - Global Citizen, '16 - TO 1 & 2, Chi 2

Once again Benjs you make a lot of sense. To follow up on the bolded part of your post the use of the term "Rothschild" is also offensive and counter productive.benjs said:

Trump ran in being fiscally responsible. He could take vacations to Camp David if he feels the need to get out of the Washington Bubble. But that he's going to Mar-A-Lago and running up the tab in the first month in office? Fiscally irresponsible and clueless. He's not fit for office. Impeach him.
