    Has anyone caught The Witcher?  We didn't expect much based on some meh reviews, but two episodes in - pretty good and the imagery (cinematography?) is stunning.
    Dont fk with Cats was really good. Just finished it last night. They don't show the actual killings, but its sad because you know what happens after the camera cuts away. But still really good and interested, and I hate to say it but the commentary is pretty funny (not about the killings, but about the investigative parts was funny).
    Basically follows a would-be serial killer as he posts several videos cat killing and a private pro-animal facebook group tries to hunt him down before he moves on to people.
    Watched this last night.  Didn't know anything about that story....that was some wild shit.  Was happy that they didn't show the actual killings...that would have been too much.

    A Fall From Grace (new Netflix film)

    It's hardly an award winner or anything - there are a few slightly silly parts - but it's pretty riveting with a twist. It actually could have been better as a limited series flick. Still, it entertained me. It is also sad to think about how cons similar this (though not nearly as extreme) really do happen every now and again. How awful for the victims.

    Just watched this... It's good and Adam Sandler is at the top.of his game (his non-comedy work is always great), but this movie stressful AF. Constant yelling and chaos and many people talking at once for literally the whole thing, plus a soundtrack designed to make you feel on edge. I feel like I've been through the wringer. Definitely not a film to put on when you want to wind down, lol, nor if you have an ulcer or high blood pressure. :lol:

    Yes, 100% they wanted to make you feel that way - that was the entire point!
    I absolutely felt sorry for him. Very much so. But far more than that, while I really enjoyed it, the movie also almost made me feel sick from the stress of it, lol.

    I'm loving After Life (and the chick from Catastrophe is in it).  Really black, sick humor, and funny as hell.

    I used to abhor Gervais, but the SOB has really grown on me.

    I haven't laughed that hard at something on television since this episode aired. I didn't even rewatch the scene because I'm at work, and I know that I wouldn't be able to get through it without cracking up. Bowie, man.
