I keep reading that Kat said that the dates announced a few days ago are the only ones scheduled for this summer, but I can never find which thread she typed it in, can anyone give me a link?

Kat & Tim have both said these are the only shows planned for 2008. Tim noted that "of course this could change". I figure once the tour finishes in June there are still another 6 months in the year... I'm pretty damn sure we'll see a proper leg or two before 2008 is out.

Nope. I'd say it's pretty unlikely this year. I think that will probably happen around the time of the album release.

when is a new album coming out?
  • I've been thinking about this, although they say "there are no more planned shows," the tour clearly leaves dates available for additional dates in Camden and Boston unless in 2008 they plan to have 2 dates off between certain shows. Also why would they just do an Eastern leg and nothing else where? Rumours of shows in Texas, ACL and Los Angeles also add weight that this isn't it for the tour. Just putting my thoughts out there...
    My PJ shows:
    London 28/10/96, Las Vegas 11/7/98, London 29/5/00, Nurnburg 11/6/00, Prague 14/6/00, Salzburg 18/6/00, Verona 20/6/00, Milan 22/6/00, Zurich 23/6/00, New York 8-9/7/03, Boston 11/7/03, Reading Festival 27/8/06, Shepards Bush 11/8/09, Berlin 15/8/09, Manchester 17/8/09, London 18/8/09, Dublin 22/6/10, Belfast 23/6/10, London (HRC) 25/6/10, Alpine Valley (PJ20) 3-4/9/11, Manchester 20-21/6/12, Leeds 8/7/14, Milton Keynes 11/7/14 To be continued....

That sounds more likely. It`s an election year in USA now, so I guess that the band wants to play the states

Look for Minneapolis and Denver to possibly be announced, for dates around the end of august and beginning of september to take place during the presidential election national conventions.

I wouldn't doubt that this is when a short Midwest tour would take place and im hoping that Alpine Valley could still be booked for early September or so.
I'm also jonesing for the first Red Rocks shows in 13 years.Maybe these could be the Denver area shows in late august that are strongly rumored.Lets hope!!
Could you imagine MSG,Red Rocks & Alpine Valley all in the same year?
What a dream come true that would be!

I know that more dates are sure to pop up eventually.Looks like the west coast will get some lovin also.Dont forget that heavy rumors have been circulating about west coast shows for awhile now.

There has even been one show that they may play just a few songs at. VH-1's
Tribute to "The WHO". The Foo Fighters would be there too.Saturday July 18th in California.

Camden has already added a 2nd show for the next day (tickets are being sold already on ticketsnow.com) and I'm sure Mansfield will get loved twice also.

So in closing you can bet big money there will be additional dates added soon.Just hang tight and listen to the words Bon Jovi once uttered
    "Keep The Faith" ;)
