Probably not joining the fan club in 1995 when I became a fan and waiting until the first tour I could go to in 1998. It wouldn't have been a super low number but would have been a lot better.
For concerts, missing the Philly 2016 shows, and the MSG 2010 shows. Was looking at last minute options for both. I've learned though after going to numerous shows that they always top themselves and have great consistency regardless. I don't think anything is a "must see show" anymore. Go to shows you can.
Not going to State College in 2003. I was in college, had a friend that was a big PJ fan and had friends at Penn State, he was driving, I just had to get a ticket. I backed out because it was finals week and I was broke. What an awful decision!
Virginia Beach 2000; Pittsburgh 2000; Columbus 2003; D.C. 2003; Pittsburgh 2006; Virginia Beach 2008; Cleveland 2010; PJ20 2011; Pittsburgh 2013; Baltimore 2013; Charlottesville 2013; Charlotte 2013; Lincoln 2014; Moline 2014; St. Paul 2014; Greenville 2016; Hampton 2016; Lexington 2016; Wrigley 2016; Prague 2018; Krakow 2018; Berlin 2018; Fenway 2018; Camden 2022; St. Paul 2023
Beginning w/ my first show in '92 until around the mid-2000's my goal was to see them play once per album. As a result I was typically seeing the play live once every two or three years (and that's back when they used to play in my neck of the woods, the South!). Since then I try to catch them at least once a year. I regret not more often seeing them play live when it would have been relatively easy to do so.
Brother got us tickets to 4/2/94 and 4/3/94 in Atlanta for my birthday. I told him let's just go to the second show and he gave away the ones to the first show.
My regret is just not seeing them until 2013. But pinning it down more specifically, I would say not seeing them during the Riot Act tour in 2003. Can't Keep is one of my favorite songs and as most people here know, that was a frequent opener, I will just keep my fingers crossed I will hear it someday.

My buddies and I planned on seeing them at the final show at The Philly Spectrum on Halloween night in '09. Then my friends girlfriend decided she wanted to go to a Halloween party that night. So we ended up seeing them night one instead, which was still a blast. But I've always regretted not seeing that Halloween night show, because my buddy had to go to a....."Halloween Party".
Letting my first 10c membership lapse, not buying Benaroya on vinyl, letting my ex convince me to sell my vinyls annnnnd probably many more to come in the future.
Buying the Benny CD instead of the vinyl. Why didn't I buy the vinyl?? My record player was broken. Idiot!
This is mine as well except my player worked. For some reason I thought I didn't need to spend more on the vinyl this time. Only two PJ vinyl I ever passed on were this and Rearviewmirror Greatest Hits (which I don't regret).
Add one more to the list of letting my 10C membership lapse. Joined in 94, had 65XXX. Lapsed in 2011 maybe? Joined again 2 years ago. Now I'm like 5XX,XXX. That was kinda stupid, but happy to see I'm not the only one.

I don't believe you unless you reveal the xxx in 65xxx! You have nothing to hide at this point, nobody can steal it from you. C'mon! Do it!!!
only thing for me would be not seeing them in Madison Square Garden. Had 10C tickets in 2003 for MSG but traded in for the Holmdel NJ show when 10C offered that because they had too many requests for MSG. Holmdel was great though.
Mine was not going to see them until 2005. Been a fan from the start, but was a kid and just didn't have the funds to go. I don't know why I waited until 05 to see them, but definitley don't miss them if they are in my area now.

Good news is that seniority really doesn't matter as much as it used to.

Will this suffice? You can see Newsletter 6 in there. The black postcard above it was probably the first thing I received from them in the mail. I dig the Brad postcards as well as the Hovercraft Newsletters. Hate I never saw those guys.

That's what I've heard. And I can't complain, because my current number still got me tickets to night 1 of the Temple of the Dog Seattle show, albeit in the balcony. Nothing will ever beat my front row seats in Nola 2003 though. Right in front of Mike.
Back in 1992 I had the chance to see PJ in a Paris club (France) and that's how I became a fan, in June they came back in a bigger place (around 1500 pps) and I had to choose between spending the evening with my gf and going to the show. Since I couldn't afford buying 2 tickets at that time (we were 16 ) I didn't attend but that was just the aperitif.
24 years later I won the lottery for MSG1 2016, bought night 2 great tickets, booked hotel and flights to NY then felt very sick in January, thought It would be ok but had to cancel 2 days before the shows, I had lost 50 lbs at that time (was 190 before being sick) was diagnosed with Lyme disease and ended up at the hospital including awaken gastroscopy right during the encore of night 1.
It was supposed to be my highlight of 2016, a trip I would still talk about in 10 years, and somehow it was, but not exactly the way expected.

Waited until 2013 to finally travel and see my favourite band live. I really wish I travelled earlier in life to see them but it's better late than never.

Believe it or not when it came time to purchase 10C tickets for the Riot Act tour I jumped on BUF but it never dawned on me to actually investigate whether the distance would make State College plausible (and it totally would have/could have made sense).
Sigh...
