    Last Christmas indeed.
And so you see, I have come to doubt
All that I once held as true
    I stand alone without beliefs
The only truth I know is you.

His songs take me back to childhood. I miss the days where pop like him and Phil Collins had substance compared to the Disney crap of today. One More Try is my favorite.

Got to see him in Wham! and solo and was just blown away by his skills.

    Another sad day

This year can't end soon enough

Yeah, but something tells me George's years were rougher than Eddie's years.

I remember watching this as a 15 year old kid. I was not a fan George Michael, I mean how many teenage boys were, but this was a flawless performance. It made me appreciate his talent as a vocalist.

Too Funky was another good supermodel video. Love the Graduate sample at the beginning and end.

This video for Freedom 90 is 26 years old yet still looks AMAZING (and I'm not just talking about all the eye-candy). The aesthetics, the lyrics, the visuals (especially, given the lyrics, the symbolism of the exploding jukebox, guitar, and his jacket on fire). This was so well done.

He was far more brilliant a musician, producer and lyricist than I realized, and had no idea he wrote and PRODUCED Careless Whisper at 17 yrs old!

This one hits me hard. To be honest, I am almost totally unaware of all of his work after Faith. However, Faith was one of my favorite albums of all time, and it came out right at the time when I was starting to really develop my love for music. I still consider it one of the most important albums of my life for the impact it had on me back then as young music fan, and it's one I still listen to. I was just spinning it last week. I am very sad we've lost George Michael.
With all its sham, drudgery, and broken dreams, it is still a beautiful world. Be careful. Strive to be happy. ~ Desiderata
