Ed's story on society

I can't fully recall his story behind that. he said that he was pretty well finished with the album.......then asked someone in the studio if they had any other ideas? he spoke a lil' more about it then he finished with saying that the 2nd take is the one on the record.

can anyone fill me in on what i'm forgetting. thx

    Eddie thought the album was complete and listened to the final cuts with Sean Penn....Then Ed asked if that was a wrap and Sean said he had to call his buddy about one last track that was needed for the album...Sean called his friend Jerry Hannan who wrote Society and Jerry came to the studio to record it with Ed and the second take was added to the soundtrack

    As I remeber further...

    I think Ed said they had like a day and 1/2 of studio time left when the album was complete and Sean told Jerry to get on a plane that night and they recorded Society the next morning
