The way this Liberal Party is running Canada at the moment, it'll be approximately $55 US in a few years. Why oh why did any working man in Canada vote for the Liberal Party blows my mind!

Honestly, it seems like Trudeau is pretty much running things similar to how Harper did it. To me it feels like a wash except for the following:
1) Trudeau is better than Harper was as a Head of State. Harper didn't seem like that part of his role very much. Trudeau is pretty decent at being the face of Canada.
2) It sounds like marijuana is getting legalized. Harper would never do that.
That's about it. I still feel like I made the right vote even if they're mostly two sides of the same coin. At least we get 1 thing under Trudeau we didn't get under Harper. When push comes to shove, I don't think either PM had any idea how to fix Canada's problems. Both seem to try and help big business and hope it trickles down. No on really has any good ideas on how to do it. I never vote NDP because all they seem to want to do is spend alot without worrying about anything else.. lol.
A Benny as a vault (black case, black vinyl) would be an INSANE seller.
No doubt about it.
They should just reissue them on standard black vinyl and donate the profits to the Vitalogy Foundation. Their back catalog is a cash cow & they should strike while vinyl is still relatively "hot". (everything post Yield)
It's the only LP release of theirs that I don't own on vinyl. I was one of the people that bought a cd...because my record player at the time was broken. I don't care if it's colored or numbered...I only care that it's a playable copy that I can listen to.
A couple of years ago, someone in the LD forum sold a "chewed up by my dog copy". The records were in great shape & I didn't give a crap about the box. I thought that was my only chance.....and it still went for way too much, so I was out.
Ok...that's enough from me. 10c...if you read this, please reissue Benny on vinyl.

I got caught up in the excitement of bidding, but thankfully, someone came over the top and outbid me....I came in 2nd place....much cheaper the winning, but no Benny for me!

Happy with my CD's...great listening. As a child of the 60's I do have a love of vinyl but the prices? Colored numbered special messages played backwards limited editions? This is not for (me). I would happily buy regular reasonably priced black records if/when they are for sale.

Im convinced that by 2023 we'll do the math and realize that 2000 were sold to 10c members and 8,900 were put aside for charity not a bad thing at all IMO.

I read somewhere that it's quite common with limited edition items to do an overrun of about 10% (in case some get damaged/returned etc.). A complete guesstimate would be the Benaroya overrun might of been 200? They sold about 10ish at the first Seattle popup, and about 50 at the 2nd one. They've put a handful on ebay for charity auctions. I think all the friends/family copies came out of the first few hundred (not the overrun), so assuming they did the standard overrun that other collectable stuff does, 10 club might still have over 100 left?

This is getting crazy..2K for an lp?....how about a reissue in the shop...1000 copies at $50 each sounds like a good fund raiser..
