Can't seem to find the email addresses on the site anymore, but this should help. Phone numbers and a "contact us" button which sends you to an online form.

How can I ensure that my current Membership will automatically renew?
Log in and go to MY ACCOUNT and select MEMBERSHIP. From this page, click on 'Update Payment Info'. Once you have submitted your payment information, your current Membership level should be set to automatically renew on your renewal date.

How do I renew my expired Membership?
Log in to your existing account, go to MY ACCOUNT and select UPGRADE. From here, you can renew your Membership. Simply choose your desired Membership level by clicking on either the Analog or Digital buttons and just continue through the billing process.
